BubbleStix^® is operated by Central Park Entertainment LLC. This policy covers bubblestix.com and any orders placed through it.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to sell you a product and support you afterwards:

Order information — what you bought, when, and the amount paid.
Messages you send us through our contact or wholesale forms.

What we do not collect

We do not store your full payment card number. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, which handles card data directly under its own security standards. We never see or keep the full card number.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your order.
To respond to questions, wholesale enquiries and support requests.
To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
To send marketing email, but only if you asked us to. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the site working, secure and reasonably fast.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that make the shop run — our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email provider and our website host. They may use it only to perform that service for us.

We do not sell your personal information.

BubbleStix^® products are made for family use, but this website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
