Shipping Policy
How and when your BubbleStix® order reaches you.
Where we ship
We ship throughout the United States and to the international destinations available at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or carrier fees charged on arrival. For wholesale or bulk freight, email hello@bubblestix.com and we will quote it directly.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes three to seven business days depending on your address. Carriers occasionally run late in peak season and during severe weather; those delays are outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If tracking has not updated after three business days, email us and we will chase it.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your delivery address. The amount shown before you pay is the amount you pay.
Wholesale and bulk orders
Camp Pack and wholesale orders may ship separately or by freight. We confirm timing with you directly before dispatch.
Problems
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the contents and email hello@bubblestix.com within seven days. We will replace it.
