Returns & Refunds
Our return window, what qualifies, and how to start a return.
Our promise
If a BubbleStix® kit is not right for you, we want to sort it out. Contact us and we will make it right.
Return window
You may return an unused kit in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
What we cannot accept
- Formula packets that have been opened or mixed, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Kits returned without their original packaging.
- Items damaged by use, weather or storage rather than in transit.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives broken or fails in normal use, email hello@bubblestix.com with a photograph. We will replace the item or refund you, and we cover return shipping on faulty goods.
Lifetime Guarantee
Every BubbleStix® set is handcrafted from real hardwood to last. If a stick or its cord ever breaks in normal use, email hello@bubblestix.com with your order number and a photo and we will send you a replacement. You just cover the shipping, and there is nothing to send back.
The guarantee covers the BubbleStix® sticks and cord. Formula packets are used up in play and are not covered.
How to start a return
- Email hello@bubblestix.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Send the item back. Unless the item is faulty, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- We inspect the return and issue your refund to the original payment method within five business days of receiving it.
Refund timing
Once we issue a refund, your bank or card provider usually takes a further three to five business days to show it.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale and Camp Pack orders are handled case by case. Contact us and we will work it out with you.
