Agreement

By using bubblestix.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you are charged is the price shown when you complete checkout.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Bubble size, play time and formula performance depend on weather, technique, mixing and conditions, so figures on this site are guidelines based on our own experience rather than guarantees.

Safe use

BubbleStix^® is intended for outdoor use with adult supervision for young children. Bubble solution is slippery on hard surfaces, and the sticks are long — use them in an open area, away from roads, and keep the solution away from eyes and out of mouths.

Intellectual property

The BubbleStix^® name and logo, the site design, photography and written content are owned by Central Park Entertainment LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Central Park Entertainment LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Central Park Entertainment LLC is registered.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
